The space
Open floorplan with split bedroom for some quiet time for the parents. 2 bedrooms off the main living room provide ample space for guests and kids. Bunk beds in bedroom 3 with room for 4 if needed. TV's in the den and every bedroom with Netflix access included through a Roku setup. Master bedroom has jacuzzi tub.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will likely need and extras are available in the bathrooms for those little things you may have forgotten.

You will have access to the full home. Relax and enjoy your private space and soak up the lake life vibes!
Other things to note
There is a security camera for the front door entry and side alleys, but your privacy is fully maintained in all living spaces and certainly the pool space. We want you to feel safe at all times!

Beautiful house and excellent pool area.

The house was great everything worked properly and clear instructions were given on how to operate all systems within the house and the outdoor area. Also impressed with the clearness of the house. The pool area was awesome my two young boys really enjoyed their stay. We would definitely recommend this to our friends.

Perfect house, great space to entertain outdoors

Communication with John and Tina was easy. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained They have everything you need to start enjoying your vacation. Welcome tray was a nice touch and made us feel welcome.Our only complaint (which was explained by phone with Tina) was there is an additional fee to heat the spa and pool and we were not aware of the fee until after booking. That being said, the outdoor space was amazing. Pool, spa, firepit, grill and lots of seating. Perfect space to enjoy the outdoors.The four adults renting the house would stay here again.

I have rented many homes for vacations and this home places in the top 3! It’s everything it’s advertised and pictured to be! The most equipped home I have ever rented. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time. The pool area is excellent for hanging out. We did not want for anything, the house has everything you could possibly need. Tina and John were excellent communicators. The next time we are in Lake Havasu, we would definitely book with them again.
