Spring break

We stayed here for spring break. It was myself and 6 of my girlfriends. Unfortunately I got the bed that was on the floor which I really didn’t expect. We didn’t have pillows provided for it and had to take extra blankets off of other beds. The neighborhood and location was fantastic and we had a ton of fun. Very affordable, however you’re getting what you pay for.

An amazing find

This home is very well centered in the City. Close to grocery stores, the London Bridge eating places etc. the home it self is very clean and has a very inviting atmosphere, makes you feel very relaxed. Kitchen is great has what you need. We are looking forward to staying here on future get aways to Lake Havasu

Host was very responsive to any issue we had which was minor. House is dated and could definitely use a flooring upgrade. Everything in the kitchen worked but lacked a few essentials like mixing bowls, colander, ect. There were no steak knives which was a little inconvenient ended up buying our own. Master bedroom is comfortable, but the ensuite shower lacks hot water, the second shower was just fine. The house rules states no parties or loud music. The neighbors music was very loud some nights until 2 am. We did not say anything to the host regarding this as it’s beyond his control. We were overall pleased with the property for the price and the location was perfect and a safe neighborhood

Good location. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was fine but needs some updates. No chest of drawers in bedrooms. Nice closet space but lacked reachable shelving. Water dispenser on refrigerator did not work. We were there for six weeks and Nick did respond very quickly to a couple of issues and he was quick to respond to correspondence. Loved the very private backyard but needs some sprucing up. Overall it was adequate and probably best for short terms stays.
