Welcome to the Best of Both Worlds, a lake retreat that offers the best of both golf course and lake settings. A great place to relax after a round of golf; watch the sunset from the front porch as the deer make their way onto the fairways. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee as you watch the mist drift over beautiful Bald Mountain Lake before starting another great day in the mountains.

Recently remodeled and freshly painted, the newly renovated kitchen comes fully furnished with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, and both regular and Keurig coffeemakers.  A full size washer and dryer is also included. The kitchen and dining area lead to a covered screened porch that overlooks Bald Mountain Lake. Enjoy some quiet time here in a rocking chair or resting in a hammock while reading a book.  Or, relax in the leather recliners in front of the cozy stone electric fireplace.  From the living room, there is a large deck that looks across the fairways of Bald Mountain Golf Course to the face of Rumbling Bald Mountain. This unit has a main level master bedroom and upper level private bedroom each with its own full bath. There is room for a total of 8 guests in this lake villa, with four queens and a sleeper sofa.

Wireless Internet is included, as well as flat screen TVs throughout with cable including the Golf Channel.  Beach toys and fishing gear are available for your use, plus various board games, cards, movies, and books. Just a short walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, Wellness center, and marina, this unit is fully equipped and close to everything making it a great choice for a family vacation, a golf group, or wedding guests.
 
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
