Our stay was great. We were there for 4 nights with our pups. Breakfast was lacking to be completely honest. Having stayed at numerous Home2 Suites, I found this breakfast to be among the worst. Our room was clean for the most part. I rated it as Good rather than Excellent because where the folded towels were, I found a package of makeup wipes leftover from a previous guest. Not a huge deal but something notable nonetheless. There was also gaps at the bottom of the door, so the obnoxious guest across from us could be heard screaming at their dogs. We had a connecting room and the soundproofing there wasn't very good either. The guest that was on the other side gave off the impression that they were hard of hearing, because their tv would be on high volume. We didn't complain because we didn't see the true need to.

An unforeseen situation that happened in our home left us scrambling to find a pet friendly, nice hotel in a good location. Luckily, we were able to find this one with rooms available! Upon check in, the front desk employee was so polite and helpful. She asked which floor we preferred since we had two dogs and our small children. She also explained the amenities, including the breakfast bar in the morning. The room was extremely clean and comfortable for our little family. I loved the option of having a smart tv and being able to log into Disney+ for our little ones. The in room kitchen is absolutely better than any I have seen in a standard hotel. The breakfast bar was clean and remained filled with food while we were downstairs. All the employees were so nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!
