Room was beyond dirty. Hallways and elevator were also filthy. Elevators buttons are broken , walls are damaged, carpet is in need of replacement. All over in despair. Was moved to another room due to dirty conditions. The second room was in the same condition. This is a one star property.

I enjoyed our stay but the AC did not work properly (room 222) and the bath tub needs to be replaced. We did enjoy sitting outside at the pool area but the outside key devices did not work properly either.

Our room was nice. However, upon entering the room we noticed a door handle being broken on the bedroom door and the toilet was running. We called the front desk as to not be blamed for it. He sent mantanence to fix it right away. The room was clean but the pillows were flat. The bed was not as comfortable as in past visits. The quality of the food at breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were crumbly and cold, as well as the cheese omelet the next day. Bread was stale and there was no bakery choices. This hotel is a good value but it's just different from past visits and I hope it's not going down hill like so many others.
