Stay somewhere else if you want to sleep

Noise in the hallways was aweful! Kids were running through the halls and screaming. That paired with paper thin walls and floor made it very noisy. We could also hear a dog barking in another room. We didn't get much sleep. We could hear the person in the room above us use their bathroom. Disgusting!

Pool and Hot tub heaters were broken and so was twice machine. Had to go to front desk for ice. When I called my booking agent about this the Gen Manager lied and said there were no issues. This was a family trip and not only my kids/family but other families experienced These issues as well. With it being a Hyatt brand it's definitely on the lower end

The property is presented as part of the Hilton chain--a Hyatt. But it is not at the level of quality I expect at a Hyatt--and paid for frankly--the hotel was overpriced. And in this area I had many options to choose from. The room had an unpleasant smell, the bed creaked, the phone was not working--so I could not call the front desk for help, and I noticed water pooling on the window frame. This looked like a new window. The staff was extremely helpful--all were very very nice. But the bed was terrible. Some maintenance is required. I would not stay at this hotel again. And the price was just not worth it. 2 star hotel--not 3 star--it is marketed incorrectly.
