By booking this property the primary guest must complete a Pre Check-in Rental Information Form on behalf of the group where you will be asked to provide ages of all guests, full guest list, names, address, employer of the primary guest and a Photo ID of the primary guest etc.

Unregistered guests will lead to immediate removal of all guests from property and loss of deposit and without a refund.

WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel or use snowblower if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city.
