The Space:
This thoughtfully designed three bedroom condominium provides the perfect retreat for your getaway to Lake Ozark. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full over queen bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. A second full bathroom is available, equipped with a tub and shower combination, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. The open living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, or you can utilize the private grill on your patio for an outdoor dining experience. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dedicated coffee bar before heading out to explore the lake, or spend your evenings relaxing by the fire pit while taking in the beautiful sunset views.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to this private condominium, featuring a private entrance for your convenience. You will receive a unique access code one week prior to your arrival, which activates promptly at 4:00 PM on your check-in day and deactivates at 10:00 AM on the morning of your departure. Beyond your private living space, you have full access to the complex amenities, including the communal swimming pool, boat slip, and direct lake access. Enjoy the convenience of free parking on the premises throughout your stay.

You are situated just a short distance from the iconic Bagnell Dam, where you can explore local attractions, waterfront dining, and unique shops. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventure or a relaxing getaway, you will find everything you need nearby, or you can simply unwind in your well-appointed condo, which is fully stocked with games and entertainment for all ages.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: There is 1 allotted parking spot for your stay. There are also visitor parking space. You will be provided 2 parking passes, one for the designated spot for our unit & a visitor space parking pass. Parking passes will be placed on the coffee bar & must be returned upon checkout, if you fail to return parking pass it is a $200 fee to replace each. There are overflow lots for your other vehicles.
Rules: Absolutely no smoking in/on/near the property, any evidence of smoking or vaping will be an additional $250 fine. There is no glass allowed by the pool. Quiet hours are 10:30p-9a. All swimming is done at your own risk & children must always be accompanied by an adult. There is a zero tolerance for pets, a $250 fee will be applied if there is evidence of a pet being brought to the property.
