Located at MM12 and minutes from the strip, and hot spot restaurants like Horny Toads, it’s the ultimate base for your Ozarks adventure. Come for the fun, stay for the memories! You won`t find another spot like it, we promise! As a guest of our home, you will enjoy access to many wonderful amenities within this gated lakefront condo community. Please note that some amenities are seasonal, and all community rules must be followed at all times during your stay. No Pet Policy To ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and allergy safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited at this property—no exceptions. Violations of this policy will be handled as follows: First offense: You will receive one verbal warning via phone call or message. Continued noise after the warning will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. If a member of our team or local authorities is required to visit the property due to unanswered or unacknowledged contact attempts, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged to your account. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the quality of the guest experience and maintain respectful relationships with our community.

Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Great location, kids loved both pools, decorated nicely, host communicated quickly. Busy weekend at the lake and neighboring condos had loud parties until 2 am one night. Master bedroom curtains didn’t provide much in terms of blocking out light. Aside from the noise keeping us up and the light waking us up was an excellent stay.

The decor brought joy. The condo was well appointed with all the essentials.The bed was comfortable which is a necessity. It was warm enough to sit on the deck in the sun. Off season this is a quiet community. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again.
