Second time staying here since March. Although the building is older, the rooms are updated and impeccably clean! We used the pool for a couple hours in the afternoon and it was very nice. Encore Lakeside Grill on the property has very good food, great service and beautiful view!

We stayed for 3 nights. There was an envelope in the room to tip the staff who was cleaning our room, however we never had anyone attend to our room-it was not cleaned and we never received new towels during the stay. For the cost, we felt the service was much less than we received at other places.

Not a great way to see this area. The room had a strong disinfectant smell, the air conditioning growled and thrashed every time it cycled on. The pillows were large bloated flotation devices that refused to give an inch.
