Drinks at the upstairs bar were wonderful. The whole hotel has undergone a huge transformation. We had dinner in the restaurant was also very pleasant. Big shout out to all the staff-from our check in to our happy hour and dinner all were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was small but very well appointed. Our room had a nice view of St. Bernards Church and Lake Flower beyond. Breakfast downstairs was excellent!! The parking garage was also a pleasant surprise. Car was nice and clean after the nights snow storm. Can’t say enough good things.

The staff was AMAZING, from front desk to the Camp Fire restaurant- every single person was helpful and friendly. Loved having the suites in another building but still next to the parking garage and short walk to the main building- even in 24 degree weather it was a cinch. The digital key service was wonky and not effective, but having a physical key was nbd. Def stay again!!

Despite platinum Expedia status, no room upgrade was offered at check-in and when I asked we were told no other rooms were available even though the couple in line behind us at reception were offered several alternatives. However, after mentioning this in a Hilton review we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was very kind of the hotel management and greatly appreciated by us.
