Nice place. Worst check in ever.

Worst check in, waited beyond 4pm for the room “to be cleaned”.Coincidentally, we waited outside the very room we got, during which we saw no cleaning activity. Beyond that, place had great amenities; pool, grills, fire pits, hot tub. Room AC needs improvement, vent not adjustable, blows directly on you while sleeping. One of the two stove burners not working.

Online has a very glorious room. Nice spacious and of course beautifully placed on the lake. However, the room I was placed in was absolutely horrible. Holes in the wall, dripping material on the windows, dirty chairs and just absolutely poor conditions. I went to the front desk to share my dissatisfaction and they couldn’t address it until the next day. I slept in a horrible room the first night. The next day I was placed in a much better room. However, I was right under a family with kids. Although, this is not controllable I’m stating the stay did not improve. The staff were very pleasant and understanding. But everything else was poor.

Glad to return

We had been to this location a number of times in the past, but not for many years now. Happy we chose it again. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfortable and clean. Pool deck and beach are great!

Old, but nice private beach

The room was very small and old, with no counter space in the bathroom or any towel hooks at all and no a/c. But there was a large box fan provided and the private beach was nice. The hot tub, overlooking the lake was amazing when in wasn't packed with little kids. The staff was friendly and although there were quite a few random people walking through the parking lot throughout the day, it seemed pretty safe and the location was nice, being so close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is well kept. Workers are moving around keeping it clean. The beds were a bit too firm. But the place is really well kept and the rooms are all updated.
