My $ was STOLEN and I was CHEATED
I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later. The customer service people on the phone were unhelpful as were unable to help me. This was my first experience using these companies.
Everyone is much better off not using this company.
I have gotten almost no help to sort this out and I haven’t been able to get my Money back!
This is significant and almost the mortgage payment on a home.
Update: it’s been over a week. They still haven’t handled my refund and I had to call my bank to reverse it as they are not handling or servicing me. I’ve been passed back n forth to multiple departments and I’ve had many incompetent customer service reps not able to help or handle my refund for whatever reason.
