I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Anna checked us in and was so sweet and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected. The whole hotel was clean and smelled clean. Allison at the desk was very helpful with a small issue we had with our reservation. She also contacted me when they found a stuffy my grandson had left behind when we checked out. We will stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

1st the floor in the room was messed up by a dog months ago and I'm sure the person was charged for it but they never fixed it I nearly cut my foot. The breakfast was cold I mean refrigerator cold sausage links coffee watered down had to go to front desk to ask for lotion and that too was watered down. Other guest was loud after 11pm and I got a deluxe Suite ugh so disappointed.
