I requested to move rooms since my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and weed. It was very dirty and unkept. My new room didnt smell but the door didnt lock and there were bugs crawling on the walls. I just needed a 2 hour nap from traveling and working night shift. I do not recommend.

The staff was unhelpful and rude. We had booked a room and called before hand saying we would be arriving after check-in time and they had assured us it would be fine. When we arrived, the front staff member said that because we didn't talk to her directly, she cancelled our reservation since we showed up after check-in. We had to call Expedia to get them to request a refund on our behalf, and we were only able to get $100 back.

First this property was advertised as a Hotel "Hotel with outdoor pool, near Lakeland Square Mall" however it is a Motel and the rooms reflect that. The good, Lines were clean and in good condition and beds were comfortable. We choose this location due to its proximity to our appointments. The bad, we further choose this location because it included breakfast. It was not clear as to what breakfast it would be. They had dry cereal and ran out of milk and the other option was an apple. They did have Juice in a machine and coffee however the hot water brewer was not working so the employee was microwaving water to pour through the filter. Unfortunately he was doing so in a plastic ice bucket that was not microwave safe nor BPH free. Probably leaching all kinds of petroleum cancer causing toxins into the water he was using to make the coffee. Very concerning , just shocking! Back to the room upon first glance it was well appointed however upon further inspection the chest of drawers was broken, water pressure was non existent in the shower but was at the sink and there was what can only be described is "Muck" covering the hairdryer. I would not go back and would not recommend to anyone.

Very good hotel in a great location which staff was amazing and very helpful. The only Con I had was I wish the breakfast was better for guest than what was offered but other than that was a great stay
