The room wasn't clean enough, the shower had mould in it in several places.Underneath the bedside cabinet and around edges of room was not the cleanest. The smoke detector was open and no battery in it. Mirror was not cleaned properly. Carpet stairs up to first floor to access the room were very dirty. Very dated room. Could hear the restaurant from our room, pots and pans and talking, also there were instructions NOT to prepare food with strong odour, but the room had the odour from the restaurant? Not what I expected from photos and for what we paid. Would NOT recommend this motel.

We were pleased with the property, but next door had loud neighbors that laughed when we checked to see why it sounded like they were right in front of our windows. They did go to bed at a decent hour, so not a problem sleeping. Loved the AC, we were able to set it to a good level and slept very well.

Our room was very dirty, paid $720 for 2 nights and left on the first morning. Bathroom was very dirty, other people's beard and pubic hair stuck to the tiles, leaking fridge, poor odour and overall poor quality facilities, in room glass wear from the 80's! They had a young boy helping to clean this place, hardly professionals? Considering it was peak season (NYE) the grass and weeds around the pool was very high and appeared not to have been cut for a long, long time. Pool was in a bad state of repair. Carpet stuck to the external stairs was torn, i tripped while carrying a suitcase up the stairs. This place is very bad value for money, we left Lakes Entrance and went to another town. I would not return to this property or recommend it at all

Upgrades to premium. Rooms were no different but the price. Toilet, bed, benches walls were absolutely covered in Ants. Photos taken. Ended up sleeping in our car in the car park due to the Ant problem and a newborn… very disappointing for the price we paid. Cleanness wasn’t there, room, corridor smelt like weed, carpets were wet, balcony door didn’t lock. Mould covered through out shower, wall and floor tiles. Want to request refund.
