The approximately 26 m² accommodation consists of a living kitchen with a sofa bed (suitable for 1 person), a bedroom with a double bed directly connected to the living kitchen, as well as a bathroom, and accommodates up to 3 people. However, it is ideal for 2 people.

You have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a large garden with sun loungers, barbecue, and a pavilion that can be used as a reading or relaxation area or as a quiet workspace with Wi-Fi. For children, there is a playground with a slide and trampoline as well as fitness equipment. Self-defense courses with an experienced trainer are available on site by arrangement and for an additional fee.



Smoking is not permitted indoors, but is allowed on the balcony or in the garden. Small private celebrations in the garden are possible by prior arrangement.



A parking space is available on the property. Motorcycles and bicycles can be safely stored in the garden area, and e-bike batteries can be charged.
