Eat the waffles

Friendly and helpful staff. I have been a traveling nurse since COVID hit and this hotel is in my hometown. The death of my oldest son had brought me back to my hometown and the staff was friendly and not overbearing as can be at some hotels Ive visited in my travels. Plus they have the best waffles for breakfast.

after ther third day had to ask front desk to send someone to change towels garbage pickup, no cups no housekeeping at all and on the fourth day all they did was empty the garbage and change the towels - no impressed at all

Area is obviously next to a mall that is "dying" and the parking lot is a lot to be desired. Once you get off the main road there are a ton of potholes.

Hotel Review** "The hotel is in a **perfect neighborhood**, ideal for exploring local attractions. While the room itself was **clean and well-designed** with practical amenities (safe, iron/ironing board, fridge, microwave, TV, and ample drawers), a few minor issues stood out: - **Bathroom Hygiene**: A few stray hairs were left in the bathtub, suggesting a need for more thorough cleaning. - **Bed Comfort**: The double bed felt smaller than expected (queen-sized beds are common in similar hotels), and the mattress leaned toward **extra firm**, which might not suit all sleep preferences. On the positive side: ✅ **Blackout Curtains**: Excellent at blocking outside light for uninterrupted sleep. ✅ **Climate Control**: Both the AC and heating systems were **easy to adjust** and effective. ✅ **Functional Layout**: The room’s design maximized space utility without feeling cramped. Good but could have been better with some courtesy

It was clean and semi comfortable beds. Need new mattresses. Downside was that the pool was nasty build up scum and it was super cold in the pool area. Also when we asked where we can sit to eat. Mind you it is cold and rainy. We rented multiple rooms and there was not enough seating in dinning area for us to sit let alone other guest. We asked to sit at large table in entry way but was told to instead please eat on patio. Which again had 1 table with 4 benches so 8 of our 12 guest for each meal. Sucky
