I reserved a room for the weekend but upon arrival found out that the hotel had a power outage and they couldn’t say when it would be restored. Nobody notified me before I got there. I did not stay and was put in a difficult position to find somewhere else to stay literally last minute. I still have not received my refund and the hotel is giving me the run around. Never stay here!!!

We arrived to an empty hotel with no lights on an a filthy broken restroom . A clerk that could not find out reservation. We declined to stay there but hotel would not refund our pre payment. Also the location was misleading as it was not 8 miles from Lititz as claimed.

Shortly after checking in, I was relaxing in the room and hear the door opening. The person at the desk who checked me in just walked straight into my room without knocking or announcing themselves. She apologized and said she had the wrong room. I was then woken up at 2am to the sound of water running into my room from a ceiling leak. I had trouble going back to sleep because of the sound of dripping water from the leak. No one was available at the front desk to report it. It must have been an ongoing issue because before it started raining, I noticed the yellow spot on the ceiling but thought nothing of it because I assumed the initial problem was fixed but the ceiling wasn’t replaced. I advised the attendant at the desk at checkout of the issue. I called in the following day to ask to speak to a manager and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She refused to provide me the manager’s name and contact information and advised she would take a message. I WILL NEVER stay there again and will let everyone who asks know they are horrible and have horrible customer service

I traveled for an event in spooky nook. When we first got to hotel we noticed the building looked vacant. All doors locked. 1 car in parking lot. Many attempts to reach out with no answer. We seen a young woman and asked if she worked there. She proceeded to tell us yes and that there was no power and she would reach out to me if power comes back on but if it didn’t she would refund me. Luckily I decided find another place in the short time of me waiting. I never received a courtesy call from this establishment. Very unprofessional. I’m glad I did not wait on them to call me back. 2 days later still no call back. Highly disappointed. I don’t recommend this place. Place looks iffy and I am sure I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

As we walked in the lobby was incredibly warm with a musty smell. When we went to the room everything seemed okay until I looked at the windowsill. There was dead bugs all over both windowsills in the room. It looks as if it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. No excuse for this. Will never stay there again.

The general area was not clean, or vacuumed. The elevator was dingy and not clean. It was dark in the common space. The bathroom in our room was very dated and not well cleaned. The window area was dirty with dead bugs. The staff was friendly but computers were down during check out. I had to come back down to sign forms, I had already done pre- check in with this info. Definitely nedds updating. We arrived at 11:30pm to the main entrance and it was locked and a note said to use your room key to enter the side door with your key? I have never experienced that in a hotel!

Hotel is outdated. Our ceiling has water stains and what looked like black mold growing. The bath tub was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Booked through Expedia and when we checked in was charged again for the stay although it was supposed to be charged for incidentals only. Staff did work to reverse charges, however it’s the weekend so money has not went back on the card. The staff were very nice and willing to help. The hotel just needs many updates to make it comfortable.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff

The front desk was extremely rude and weren’t helpful at all. Booked through hotels.com, but had the hotel cancelled without any attempt at resolving reservation issues. The customer service at hotels.com contacted the hotel and the staff was even rude to them. I high recommend staying away from this hotel, the staff acted like my family was a burden on them.
