The staff, front desk, could not be better, actually great! The restaurant, was good and staff, no complaints. The room looked great, sound proof, horrible!!! Between between the hallway that creeped horribly and above us on the fourth floor sounds and then the night time comes people coming back from the bars across the street I'm assuming cause it's really the only one around back-and-forth in the hallway talking fighting and then the snoring above which we could hear clearly in the bedroom on the fourth floor, there was no sleep on Saturday night. We didn't realize that being in a cool prior factory hotel, but soundproofing it lacked, and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and above you.

Ice storm hit late afternoon Friday and the parking lot was not salted by 10am Saturday. Very dangerous walking or driving There's no breakfast avaliable on the property or within walking distance - the restaurant should be open in some form for guests daily

Foot traffic noise in rooms directly above my room was incredibly intrusive. The wood floors creak and pop and I had someone check in above me a 1:00 am and kept me up for over an hour. Do not leave your ear plugs and white noise at home if you are a light sleeper. Other than that nice room and staff, but kind of crazy they have not addressed this design flaw.

The room was spotless and spacious. Bathroom was clean and shower roomy. Could have used a bigger TV but manageable.
Cool transformation from a cork factory to a hotel. Imagine what the former factory employees would think (just the heat and A/C alone)?

I recommend a room on the 4th floor. Just be aware, there can be some noise concerns if neighbors aren’t quiet as this is a hotel in an old factory. The bar and restaurant, open in the evening, are also very nice.

I wasn't happy that there was a wedding booked and no one told me when I booked. We couldn't get into the bar or restaurant because it was all booked up. I was also told through AI that there was an indoor pool. Not true.

Very noisy. Walls seemed paper thin. First time at Cork Factory Hotel. Prefer Lancaster Arts Hotel. Lancaster Arts is updated more and less noisy.

It was very peaceful. I went for my birthday Mon-Wed but I was disappointed that the Cork Factory restaurant is only open starting Wednesday. I wanted to dine there for my birthday. If people are staying above you, the floorboards are very loud and creeky.
