Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, Tancarville, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, pellet stove, pellet included.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with balcony and sea view (160 cm bed), 1 bedroom with sea view with terrace and private bathroom (walk-in shower) (160 bed), 1 bathroom, 1 WC independent
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with sea view (160 cm bed), 1 bedroom with sea view with bunk beds and 1 bedroom with pull-out beds.
1 independent bathroom with WC.
East side garden: barbecue, possibility to park 3 cars + free parking at 200m
West garden with 180 ° sea view: terrace, garden furniture, sunbathing, swing, direct access to the sea and to the nautical club via a small goat path.
The gardens are not closed.

Maison extrêmement bien équipée, bien tenue, et surtout située dans un environnement superbe avec vue sur la mer. L’accueil d'Ingrid la jeune femme qui reçoit les locataires est très agréable. Parfait.

Maison de famille avec une vue magnifique

La vue est magnifique. La maison, encore en cours de rénovation, est agréable et bien équipée. Seul bémol : le montant de l'eau et de l'électricité qui devrait être compris dans le prix de la location. Toutefois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Belle demeure dans une région magique!

Maison très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Une vue magnifique sur la mer. Très bien située. De jolies balades à faire. Accueil très chaleureux d’Emilie et de son mari. Ils sont toujours prêts à nous rendre service. Le petit bémol: maison humide, pas de double vitrage. Donc difficile à chauffer. L’addition du chauffage et de l’eau (48€) est un peu élevée pour un week-end. Je recommande tout de même cet endroit.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location qui était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes et à la description : maison très agréable et vivante, pas du tout sophistiquée ni fragile surtout avec des enfants ; pas banale avec son petit cachet, on était comme à la maison ! Equipements intérieurs parfaits, faciles d'utilisation. Accueil charmant d'Emilie qui, avec son sourire et sa gentillesse a fait le maximum pour nous être agréable. Nous souhaiterions revenir chez vous avec grand plaisir.

Une maison pleine de charme, une situation privilégiée, une vue somptueuse sur la baie

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette jolie maison familiale très confortable et bien équipée (matériel et mobiliers intérieurs et extérieurs). La décoration sobre est toute récente. La vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle, le jardin agréable. Nous avons eu la chance de voir depuis le jardin "le rayon vert" autour de 22h00 le 9 juillet. Le beau temps était de la partie, la plupart des repas étaient pris sur la terrasse extérieure. Les commerces (notamment un excellent artisan traiteur-boucher) au centre du village et la plage de sable sont à 5 minutes à pied. Le chemin de chèvre débouche ( un peu sportivement, surveiller les enfants) sur les rochers et la mer en contre-bas. L' ensemble est extrêmement attachant.

Maison vraiment tres agreable, vue exceptionnelle. La maison est tres bien equipee, les proprietaires charmants et accueillants. Plage tres accessible meme avec les enfants, environs tres sympas, bref nous avons passe une semaine idyllique. a refaire absolument !
