Pool was great, black mold on windows in room and dirty bedding. Everyone slept on top of the blankets due to this. Overall you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was okay, comfort was okay, loud neighbours the one night, and there is so many cobwebs/dust as well as black hair everywhere (I do not have black hair!). I was expecting it to be properly cleaned before my arrival and I assume the next guests will too!

I noticed dead bed bug on the bedsheet, light cover was full of dead flies or bugs (who knows, check attached photos), the light by the entrance was not working, there were 2 stains on pillows.

I would have given it good ratings across the board except the housekeeping staff who knocked on my door at 10am to "ask if I needed housekeeping", I mean why do this especially at 10 in the morning but then knocked AGAIN at 5 to 11 to ask if I was staying an extra night??!!! I mean I had asked for a later check out of noon as I was exhausted and was given a go ahead. Well so much for getting some sleep after my late night. Get housekeeping signs for the door instead of only do not disturb signs. And no, I didn't have a do not disturb sign on the door because who expects housekeeping to knock on your door an hour before checkout?
