The house is timber-framed, built to the latest energy and environmental standards, and offers all essential comforts. There’s a mezzanine bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



Set in the countryside, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet, with the sea and the GR34 trail just a few kilometers away. Paimpol, the Plouha cliffs, the Pink Granite Coast, and Bréhat Island are all within easy reach.



Relax on your private, uncovered terrace—perfect for unwinding outdoors. You’ll also have access to a shared garden, ideal for recharging in nature.
