It was good as far as cleaning and maintenance goes, but they can’t help the people who choose to stay there, and it was a decent experience overall, but it would have been better if the other tenants weren’t outside acting like they had no sense. Kinda uncomfortable being around them.

We had a prepaid reservation. When we arrived there was a note on a closed hotel door saying “ sorry, no vacancy. If made a reservation we will refund you”. Still waiting for an apology on a graduation weekend in a university town and my refund + the difference what I had to pay in a last minute reservation in a hotel.

The rooms were disgusting along with the bedding. The bathroom had dirt on the walls. There were no towels, only washcloths. My 80 yr old mother called to ask for towels so she could shower and was told my staff that they would not give any towels until after 9am when cleaning crew arrived. The beds were terrible to sleep in and only one small pillow for each guest.

I have never done this before. The proximity of the hotel to MSU was wonderful and the parking was wonderful, but that is the only positive comment I have regarding this hotel. It was filthy and in desperate need of renovation. What was worse was that part of my extended family stayed at the hotel with us and their room smelled so bad that I gagged when I went in. We could not make any changes as we were there for a graduation from MSU on 05/02/2026 and we checked in at 11:00 p.m. We were very disappointed.
