Beautiful home ideal for 6 guests, located in Lanvéoc on the Crozon peninsula, just steps from the sea.



Spacious and bright, it offers the perfect setting for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The large, tree-filled garden and expansive lawn invite you to relax, while the private tennis court—a rare feature in the area—promises plenty of fun.



A welcoming place to gather and fully enjoy Brittany’s natural beauty and outdoor activities.



The recently renovated house features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.



Designed for 6 guests, this is the most comfortable setup, though it is possible to host more travelers.



All 3 bedrooms have double beds, providing real parental spaces. The third bedroom is set up as a dormitory, ideal for accommodating several children.



Capacity is intentionally limited to ensure comfort and ease, especially as there is only one bathroom.



The living area opens onto a large wooden terrace at garden level through two sliding glass doors—perfect for enjoying the spacious outdoors together. At the back of the garden: the tennis court, pine trees, and a glimpse of the Brest harbor in the distance.
