This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft

Unser Zimmer mit Holzboden war groß genug und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das zusätzliche Sofa war sehr bequem. Im Badezimmer gab es genug Ablagefläche. Der Hafen liegt sehr nahe und biet sich an für schöne Spaziergänge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof mit 12 € die Nacht war wirklich mehr als in Ordnung. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind stets sehr höflich und informierten uns ausgezeichnet. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder in dieses wunderbare Hotel zurück. Das Frühstück bot für jeden etwas und wurde immer sehr zeitig nachgefüllt. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Missään ei ole pidetty näin hyvää huolta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta ei jäykkää. Kylpyläpuoli oli mahtava kokemus ja luonnonlähdeallas ihana. Ainoa miinus tulee yhden hengen vuoteen kapeudesta, ei sovi unissaan pyörijälle. Hotellista ja cafesta löytyi kaikki, mitä ihminen tarvii. Aiotaan käydä tulevaisuudessakin.
