Airport shuttle is a plus. Hotel was clean. Breakfast being included was good and adequate choices. At times it was noisy but on a busy street so understandable. Good value for money. Hotel recommended a place across the street for laundry and that service was really good and a 2 hr turnaround.

Staff is nice and restaurant is very good in the hotel. But they tack on a lot of unnecessary charges. For example, most hotels have daily housekeeping. But here, they charge extra for cleaning the room. Also, the air conditioner does not work well and getting hot water is near impossible.
