The service was excellent, with staff who were always friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. A special shoutout to Lester and all the lovely staff in the restaurant — you were the best! The hotel has a beautiful beach and pool, and the pool table and ping pong table are great facilities for both young and old. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Newtown shops, but taxis are very affordable if you prefer not to walk. The only downside was that our room felt a little dated, although it was still very clean. I believe some rooms have already been renovated, so I’d definitely request one of those next time. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend!

The customer service was amazing. Parking was very easy. The room was clean, and they gave us a complimentary mango. the pool was clean, and the beach was perfect. The A/C in the room was very cold. I will stay again in the future.

OK for one night stay!

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Restaurants was so so. Nothing to rave about. Beach is also very small. They claim it as a private beach but most of the resorts in this area have private beaches. But it is rocky and difficult to walk. Perhaps enjoyable during high tide.

Great hotel

A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here.
