The fully furnished home offers an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, a quaint breakfast nook and kitchen bar (with live edge walnut top); as well as laundry, smart TVs, WiFi, and a covered deck overlooking the greenspace.(from which deer can regularly be seen). It offers 4 bedrooms on two levels and sleeping for 11(max 8 adults)
The property is located in a quiet and private residential area with convenient access to the University, local parks and trails and the many outdoor pursuit venues in the area including mountain bike and hiking trails, streams and lakes and the Snowy Range Ski Area.
