Arrived after long travel hoping to easily relax, unfortunately that was not the case. After going back and forth to front desk three times to change out keycards that did not work, eventually it was concluded the batteries on door lock were out once clerk attempted to open with her master. The hotel still seemed cozy at this point and we are still being patient while they change our room. However the reassigned room just put the icing on the cake for a terrible stay, extremely outdated and beat up room with window backing to a loud and noisy nightclub next door. Clearly the room is not soundproof and to make matters worse the room was right near lobby so all foot traffic and noise was so unbearably bad. We still tried to push through all this, shower and relax, only to lay on worn and squeaky beds. Without a doubt disappointing and frustrating experience, Wyndham can do better than this!

We were not made aware that they were under a remodel and that they were doing construction on the weekend and they started construction at 8 AM in the morning in the lobby which our room was located near and we heard banging all morning long so sleeping in was not an option And we had to step over the man doing the tile work at the entrance every time we came in and out you had to step over him while he did that. They moved the breakfast service into the conference room that was very cold that nobody stayed in there to eat, and the food was cold and the coffee was lukewarm because it really wasn’t near the kitchen for them to monitor.. the decor of the room was very bland uninviting the beds were very springy and uncomfortable. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice however, for the rate we paid, we should’ve been made aware that they were under a remodel.. Location was good however we would probably not stay there again
