I have stayed half a dozen times, yes It is a wedding venue but even with a wedding on, it is so well insulated that there is no noise in the bedrooms at all, and the wedding is isolated from the main areas you use, Central location, good food, helpful staff, and a good breakfast and good value, no downsides in my opinion.
