Run for your lives

I could NOT stay there as when the manager finally just rocked up by chance to let me into the room a roach ran across my feet.2 minutes later after being horrified this establishment was on Hotels.com site I grab my bags and ran.The hotel//apartment was dark and dingy smelly and unclean.I checked into another hotel which was pricey and St Mamas will not refund me so all in all a horrible experience.Also there is no so called airport shuttle advertised with the hotel.

Have never been in my life in a worse place. Bathroom full of mould. Lights non existent. External balcony doors not locking or closing. And a lot more. Rude person at reception. Booked a week, stayed only one night because I had no other option. Should be removed from this platform.

We just stay one night but we haven't any problem for a good price. We arrived at the airport at 2:30 AM and someone was here to drive them to the hotel.
