Centrally located Cozy RV with all the essentials in spacious secure gated area!

Simple, but with everything you need, The Cozy RV will take care of you during your stay in Las Cruces. It is centrally located in a large gated storage yard. It is very close to the University, restaurants, shops, stores (including Walmart). There is plenty of parking space and lots of room to walk your dog in the secure area. It is about 3 mins. from NMSU, 5 mins. from Old Mesilla, the Billy the Kid court house, and the Farmers Market, 20 mins. from Dripping Springs Natural Area, 40 mins from El Paso, and 45 mins. from White Sands National Park.

It is peaceful most of the time there, but occasionally there are some activities and vehicles that come and go. Know that you may hear guests in the two neighboring RVs or home come and go. There is also a train that passes by on the old Santa Fe Railroad not far from the property. If you are lucky, you will get to hear its horns and rumble. If you are unlucky, you will hear it horns and rumble when you are trying to sleep. Be prepared for that and other sounds of the city. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The interior photos make the space look brighter and more polished than it felt in person. While it was comfortable enough for our stay, the interior could benefit from a bit of updating and general attention.The hosts were very helpful and responsive, which we appreciated. Communication was easy and they were receptive when we reached out.The exterior surroundings are accurately represented in the listing—it appears to be part of a working yard or similar environment. During our stay we were awakened twice by early-morning work, including pneumatic nail guns and power washing.Overall, with a little extra care and attention to the interior, the space could be a really nice place to stay.

The RV is very clean and for me was just the right size. The bed was comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. It's located to one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants and really is close to everything: NMSU, Walmart, convenient stores, morning coffee, etc.

The property was gated and I felt secure once in the property. The unit was immaculately clean and arranged nicely. It was perfect for me to unwind and relax. It was very private. Outside the unit there are no amenities or atmosphere. It felt like i was staying in a junkyard. However; it fit the bill for me as I needed to be there only for three busy days and it was nice to return to a clean and private little camper each night! I will stay there again.
