Room was run down two missing light bulbs , missing smoke detector, broken window . Main hall carpets look stained and need replacement. However, the room was inexpensive and comfortable.

Poor customer service no towels after staying 2 days . Did not offer clean towels also did not clean my room the refrigerator was dirty. The carpet was dirty, very hot out in the lobby. Did not vacuum carpet in or outside room trash every where. Homeless people hanging around outside hotel. No coffee in the morning. I will never stay here. The worst La Quinta ever. Very Disapointed.

This was a terrible experience. Nothing was immediately fixed because we were told that staff is not showing up for work. The pool was under repair. Worst experience of our lives. Also floor level back entrance was not lockable. Security was nonexistent. Anyone could enter room hallways. Brea Kia st was a joke, bagels and bread old and toaster broken. Need I say more

I arrived late the evening of my reserved check in day only to find out that there are no rooms. They had locked their front door and no one of immediately available. One they finally opened they told me there were no more rooms

It was horrible. The hotel is very outdated and dirty all over with homeless sleeping outside. Police took a couple of people off property because they were fighting. Rooms where super dirty had to change rooms 3 times because bathroom wouldnt work or water would not go down the drain. The electricity kept going off and on. Really read reviews and believe everything they say.

This is an outdated hotel. The room however had a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and I needed some help getting the air conditioning working. I tried calling the front desk numerous times for help but nobody answered. I finally ended up walking to the front desk in my PJs to find someone. I found the manager outside the front door. I was given a roll of TP and a nice maintenance guy came back to my room with me and showed me how to operate the AC. I got a good nights sleep.

It looked abandoned, under construction, poor breakfast, back broken door latch that we had to prop open or we were locked outside. No ice machine, no pool, moldy curtains in room, as we drove around in the morning my husband saw 2 men climbing out of a room window. Did not feel safe. Desk staff was very nice at check in

Awful. Don't waste your time or money staying her.

When we arrived we were given a room that when we entered it had no bed that was just the bare mattresses. There was dog turds on the floor in the bathroom. We were given another room and it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest we were given another room and we stayed in it but the TV didn't work. Would I recommend this place? Definitely not.
