Completely exterior, very bright and with a large terrace/solarium with sunbeds and outdoor dining area, from which you can enjoy the views of the beach, the sunset and even the island of Tenerife with its spectacular Teide (the highest volcanic mountain in Spain).



Located on the fourth floor, during the day you can do without keys, as the door of the building is open with security until 21.00 hours and the entrance to the accommodation is by code, card or mobile application.



Thanks to its high speed wifi you can work from the house enjoying the views and comfort.

Disaster - Very unpleasant stay despite great views and nice modern apartment

My experience at the apartment was unfortunately very unpleasant.To be clear, the views are amazing & the apartment is as nice, modern & spacious as the photos suggest. However, during my stay there was an infestation/plague of cockroaches that made the overall experience very unpleasant. The moment I walked into the apartment on the 1st day I saw the 1st cockroach, and 3 had to be eliminated within the first minute & probably around 15-20 just on the first evening. I informed the company CanariasGetaway straightaway & asked them to help & to change me to another apartment. The communication with them was very slow/poor. Via whatsapp it didn't work at all with hardly any response & via email it was very slow too. The company promised to send someone to apply a product & assured me that the problem will improve afterwards. However the problem continued until the very last day, which meant having to eliminate around 10-15 cockroaches every day & not being able to enjoy my stay in the apartment at all. Despite there being a washing machine, there was also no drying rack & the lights on the balcony were not working. I reported both problems on day 1 or 2 & was promised that both things would be addressed swiftly, which never happened. I complained & was granted a small refund (one night's cost), which I feel was not in line with the extent of the issue. I wrote a formal complaint asking for a larger compensation but did not hear back. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

Lage top, aber...

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut! Die Geräuschkulisse der benachbarten Pizzeria hat uns weniger gestört. Daß man den Duft beim backen einer Pizza "Frutti di Mare" wahrgenommen hat - nun, für die eine Woche die wir da waren auch mal auszuhalten, wenn man auf der Terasse mit Meerblick zu Abend essen kann. Die Sauberkeit, mal abgesehen von den 6-beinigen Mitbewohnern (Kakerlaken), soweit in Ordnung. Jagdquote im Schnitt 4 pro Nacht. Wir empfehlen hier eine Fliegenklatsche gepart mit Ungezieferspray. Ob die im www empfohlene Zucker/Natron-Mische funktioniert, haben wir nicht getestet. Der Einchekvorgang erfolgt über eine externe Agentur - ohne Vorankündigung. Wollten wir wegen Spam-Verdacht schon gar nicht machen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur CanariasGetaway ist sehr, sehr unpersönlich! Auf Anfragen per WhatsApp erhält man eine automatisch generierte Antwort nach dem "Call-Center-Prinzip" (wähle #1 für...#2 für...). Geht gar nicht. Weder bei der Ankunft noch bei der Abreise war jemand der Agentur persönlich anwesend. Wie geschrieben sehr unpersönlich und daher aus unserer Sicht auch unhöflich. Fazit: Lage top - alles Andere verbesserungswürdig.
