Really good find.

I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again.

Bra och dåligt

Det positiva var att hotellet låg centralt, det var rent och fräscht, receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt och vi upplevde att de hade en stark ambition att driva ett bra hotell. Det som drar ner betyget är att det stod att rummen var ljudisolerade. Vi hörde ingenting från rummen bredvid men vi hörde allt från korridoren och allt från torget utanför vårt rum. Det var som om balkongdörren stod öppen när den var stängd, det var väldigt svårt att sova innan restaurangerna på torget stängde och folk gick hem. Vi pratade med receptionen efter första natten angående balkongdörren som släppte igenom allt ljudet. Men ingenting åtgärdades under de fyra återstående dygn som vi bodde där. Vi vet förstås inte om det här bara gällde vårt rum (3:e våningen) eller fler rum på hotellet. Däremot tror vi att alla rum har samma sorts "japanska" toalett. Vår spolade i tid och otid och det kom olika ljud från den lång tid efter det att den använts. Vi tyckte också att madrassen i sängen var hård, men det är ju en smakfråga. Om hotellet lyckas åtgärda de här problemen så tror vi att det kan bli ett riktigt bra hotell.
