I had booked 4 weeks. When I arrived at the address there was no apartment. It was not possible to reach them on the number tvey sent to me. I called hotel.com. They could not help me. I was really disappointed. Finally after 6 hours I booked a hotel. I realized I had to rebook the whole trip myself and so I did. Double the prize of course and lower standard. Yes I will make a claim. After 3 days Sholeo Lodges sent a message and wondered if I did not want the apartment. Yes I had checked in but the adress I got was wrong. I told tvem hotels.com had refunded my money. I can’ express the stress all this has caused.

Proche de la plage, entièrement neuf

Pour cause de travaux, j’ai été déplacé dans un autre appartement de la même chaîne d’hôtel pas très loin de l’adresse que j’avais réservée. J’ai donc séjourné à l’adresse Juan Rejón, 20. à Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Appartement très bien situé, très propre. Tout est neuf. Petit déjeuner inclus. L’enregistrement se fait sur un automate à l’entrée. C’est très bien fait. C’était parfait.
