Riesige Maisonette Wohnung, sauber, toller service

Wir mussten spontan vor Ort umbuchen, da es ein Problem mit der alten Ferienunterkunft gab, und sind dort spontan eingezogen. Zum Glück konnten wir vor Ort im Bed and Chic am Santa Catalina Platz, das ein kooperierendes Hotel war, und Schlüssel holen und uns die Unterkunft vorher anschauen. Auf den ersten Blick waren wir echt begeistert von der zweistöckigen Maisonette Wohnung mit Balkon, zwei Badezimmern, einer großen Küche, Hochbett für zwei Kinder und einer großen gemütlichen Couch. Eine funktionierende Waschmaschine gab es und die großeKüche war auch gut ausgestattet. Jedoch war die Matratze derart durchgelegen und auch super dreckig, so dass wir angefragt haben, ob die Möglichkeit besteht, dass wir eine neue Matratze bekommen. Tatsächlich bekamen wir ein paar Tage darauf bereits eine neue Matratze und die war wirklich super!!! Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem Code, den man unten an der Tür eingeben musste und auch das digitale Türschloss an der Wohnungstür selbst hatte einmal ein Problem, dies konnte aber direkt über WhatsApp kommuniziert werden und es wurde einem superschnell, geantwortet und geholfen. Die Lage ist nur 100 m weg vom Lanta Strand und relativ ruhig Fazit: für das Geld bekommt man echt eine riesige Wohnung, die sauber und gut ausgestattet ist und der Service ist auch sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Für die Verhältnisse auf Gran Canaria also gut.

In die Jahre gekommen….

Naja. Ich kenne die Apartments noch vom Vorbetreiber. Damals, kostet die Hälfte und war neu gebaut. Heute?…. Die Einrichtung kommt an die Belastungsgrenze. Beim Einchecken ist der Betreiber über Stunden nicht erreichbar. Einchecken 15 Uhr, waren 20.05. Zwar gab es darauf einen Late-Checkout. Aber dennoch gehört das Hotel zu den Teuersten, ist aber nicht das Beste. Für 1 Person und Kurzaufenthalt aber ok.

Debe mejorar servicio y mantenimiento.

Al llegar estaba sucio, con mesa y ventilador rotos. Faltaba menaje de cocina propio de un apartamento. Tardaron 5 días en resolver los inconvenientes. La atención es remota. El apartamento requiere mantenimiento o renovación especialmente en el mobiliario. He estado en el cool de la misma cadena y se encuentra en muy buen estado y con mejor atención del servicio de limpieza.
