La villa était très bien placée. Elle est en plein dans Las Terrenas tout en étant très tranquille (ce qui est exceptionnel). Il y a eu plusieurs problèmes avec l’eau (eau chaude, apport d’eau) et aussi un arrêt d’électricité. Ceci dit, les gestionnaires du site étaient très réactifs et ont toujours trouvé des solutions.
