This is 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom in a building located 8 minutes away from the strip. The building itself is not new but the apartment is nice and all furniture are new. Don't expect 5 star hotel but nice place in a easy access area minutes away from all the classy boutiques, trendy shops, outstanding restaurants , hotels and the celebrity-sighting cafes of Las Vegas.

Low income area. Smoke detector without batteries, woke up to water all aver bathroom and hall. Unable to adjust heat. homeless people camped in parking space. Unresponsive his

Dirty and not safe

The property manager would not give me the check in codes until the day I got there, which caused some panic. Then when arrived were two trash cans filled with brown water, from what I guessed was a leak in the ceiling. I threw it out right away and it smelled very bad. It was also freezing cold in there and was unable to connect in the evening to get a space heater or another means to warm up the place. That night there was a ruckus from a homeless camp behind the property and the following morning there were cockroaches in the kitchen. I tried so hard to work with the property own and the company and got nowhere, so I just left and found a hotel. I have also being trying to get some sort of refund and they refuse to issue one. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE OR ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS PERSON.

Roni was efficient with responding to questions. The place was clean and neat. Close to eateries, the mall and hospital, The host went out of their way to job juggle other patrons around to allow us to extend our stay due to illness. Thank you!!
