Overall this property was fantastic! There were a couple of minor snafus to include the hot tub not getting up to temperature until the last full day of our stay (it is December in the desert afterall). However the ower was great with communicating and was gracious when I gave feedback and suggestions/ideas to help shore up any minor things that an owner doesn't know or see if people don't communicate.My friends and I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for having a lovely place just north of "the strip" so we could both go and enjoy the Vegas life but then come back and decompress.

This property was perfect for our family! Spacious, beautifully designed, great location. clean, and great if you have a small baby or toddler. There is a playyard and bassinet available. . The bathrooms were also perfect with one having a built in seat for those who need to sit down for safety.There's nothing like cooking with gas and the kitchen is well prepared for cooking home meals. It was a little cool outside but the backyard is designed for a summer bbq, with nice outdoor seating. Lastly the host was easily accessible for any questions or concerns. I will definitely consider this property for our next family gathering next year!
