They said they upgraded my room to a better view room, but the room was small a the view was over the view of roof top of my the some buildings. You can’t access any other floors with your room key except your floor. We had to go to Casino to see our friends. The lights in the room won’t turn on once you first enter. It takes 10 minutes for it to load, so you have to stay in the dark until it loads. Horrible experience.

We went to promenade for breakfast at Egghead and salt and ivy for brunch was delicious. Pool was great too! Amazing restaurants there. Our soap dish in bathroom was dirty and not clean but otherwise room was nice! Overall great experience would stay again.

The lights and curtains in the room did not work and had to be reset twice. Huge inconvenience on the morning we were leaving because we were trying to pack in the dark. Only 1 breakfast place on the main floor and it was horrible. Did not eat on 2nd floor because it was too crowded or only had sandwiches. We were charged for $15 food on the day we arrived but did not eat there. Will need to call and waste my time fighting over $15. We liked the room size, double closets, bathroom. Security to get upstairs was very good.

I paid for staywell room, obviously more then regular rate cause I have asthma, short breathe but that feature didnt work as shown in some social media clips..I called on it friday nite, was responded on rather rudely, called back Sat morning, was told ticket issued for fix, then I called to talk to a supervisor later in the day, he was nice enough to offer a credit on resort fee but that still did not make up the difference in price nor did it help us with the issue, I cud have gotten a room elsewhere if it wasnt for the staywell feature...the rooms, facilities were nice..very hard to find a place for breakfast though.
