Don’t expect access to spa. Can’t tour it without paying first.. Check in staff not friendly nor helpful. Had to wait over 5hrs to get room. Did not receive any special treatment, but did not expect it either.

Room was clean, but hallway felt gross. Room cleaners never came, tablet went offline so couldn't open drapes or turn on lights. App didn't work to check in, and customer service is non-existent!

More dated rooms than expected.

Rooms felt dated. Bathroom was old and not at the level I’ve come to expect from Aria. The shower head barely worked. Would try another hotel next time. Great gym but crazy that it’s closed at 6pm for some reason. Not very accessible .

I gave 4 starts because The bedroom hadn’t lights working. We have to call to service room for reprogram the service. It was 2am. I think the bedroom has to be ready before we arrive.

The tablet in the room didn't work. Therefore, we were not able to place any orders from the room. The room over all was beat up... Disappointed for the price and the fuzz about Aria .. there are more upscale properties on the strip to stay at if you are looking for something more sophisticated. Tried to call to the front desk to report the issue when discovered it, we were on hold for 30 minutes!!!!! Then called again to find about the prices for a mini fridge since the tablet didn't work ( this is the only place where they put the prices) the agent over the phone said she doesn't know how much the Champaign was and recommended to go to the store instead since it will be cheaper for sure. I don't know if it was a joke a mockery but it was just strange and unprofessional! We had to go to the show and decided to have a drink at the restaurant.
