Very dated hotel at the north end of the airport, so airplane noise all day long The bed was very comfortable We should have mentioned at check in we didn’t have a car, we were in building 25 which is far from the front desk for senior citizens

The room was very clean, the staff was great. I liked that the room had a kitchen in it and the size of the room was great. This hotel is really close to the airport and you can hear planes all the time, but i slept just fine.

My experience wasn’t the greatest due to other guests. However, the staff were kind, helpful and in the end, resolved the issue without question and with good customer service. My only complaint with the actual hotel itself was that of the two ac units in my room, only one worked, it barely blew and the air was warm rather than cold. It wasn’t hot this time of year so I wasn’t too concerned. Our room was definitely outdated but it did feel and look clean.

Clean, renovated large room. Great bed too. The staff was great the lobby is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and patrolled for safety. The resort is older but so am I , and it has some shine left in it, The bathroom surrounds and fixtures have been updated. So has the flooring. The place was pencil and close to the Thomas and Mack. We will stay here again.

Booked this place as the reviews did not mention it is right underneath the flight patterns. Literally a plane flying low right above the resort every 2 to 3 mins. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want any sleep or to relax. Staff were great though.

Although booking a hotel by the airport predictably resulted in planes flying over during the night, it did seem excessive. That is, the walls seemed extra thin. The refrigerator also gurgled so much that I had to turn it off, and although there were wall units for heating and cooling, I'm pretty sure they didn't do anything. (It was pretty cold at night.) Many towels were missing, and there was also a threatening sign on the closet with fees for stolen items. The coffee maker had a 4 inch cord, making it almost impossible to navigate the coffee machine.
