Check-in was ridiculous. We arrived to nobody at the front desk, no clear spot to leave our car while we checked in, and nobody answered a phone call. Ten minutes later a couple staff wandered in from outside and quickly checked us in. The room was serviceable—comfy beds!—but the floors are blatantly dirty. I’m all for laminate over carpet but then you need to be solidly mopping after every guest and they are not. Soap dispenser is not in a child-friendly location? Maybe fix that for families. And we had to get more towels since they only had 3 in our room. Overall it was an ok stay. I wouldn’t be quick to book this one again, though.
