For a hotel with such great reputation I was very disappointed after spending my birthday weekend there with my friends. Two of ladies in my group had to have a change of room for sanitary reasons. The lobby is a distance from My room and I had to make two trips to have the keys to the replacement room working. The bathroom sink released a foul odor and made weird gurgling noises at random times, including during the night while trying to sleep. I am very disappointed with my experience.
