Unfortunately there was a bugs in our room which we think were bed bugs. They moved us to another room which was nice and we appreciate it and gave us a room credit which was also appreciated but still it was a bummer that there were bugs. Hopefully next time will be better!

Nice hotel however plumbing issue shower water slow .My opinion for monies paid to reside no convient lay in such as microwave coffee pot nothing is complimentary. Needless to say my husband was followed on the ground out of all. I wondwr why?? Also another of his sort rude to him but one as him he was smily Joe all I say certain things still existbur thanks to All made it ok

Digital check in did not work. Had to get someone to help us. First room smelled like feces and was a room for those needing assistance. Our room change required more time with staff over failed digital entry Room cards printed and second room was nice. Wi-fi was a huge problem. Not able to connect for hours. Time with Guest Services , tier one and tier 2 internet helpers. Issue resolved by 7 pm - 4 hours. Late at night- no good options for food except “Snack Bar” self service small area with 2 kiosks with lines 10 deep. No good option on the grounds for late night food( 1 am). Three strikes- 3 point demerit. I would NEVER stay here again. We were here to see the Eagles at the sphere. I will find a better resort next time

Room is very very basic, we did not use any resort or casino feature, still we are ending up paying the resort fee which is not included at the time payment in Expedia. Total we are ended paying approx 900 USD .. not sure why the resort fee, if only room fee is that much cost then room should be at least average. We have visited many hotels, every hotel provided basic coffee making machine or micro oven, provided coffee outside, or basic other eminities. We are really disappointed with this hotel, this is definitely highly rated not wroth money, better avoid this hotel. Stay somewhere has free parking, and take cab and visit all the places freely, save lot of money, do not waste money for hight rated hotels.

A minimum expected coffee facility was not available in the room. We had to go to the lobby to buy a cup of coffee or tea. This was the worst. The room carpet was DIRTY. One cannot walk barefoot. The only good part was the Fountain Show from the room. That was excellent.

maid service was excellent, staff excellent. during check in was told i had a $150 food credit but check out did not reflect the credit.I contacted Bellagio about this and have had no response or explanation. Late night 24 hour snack food place had very limited items, food was greasy, not good menu. Buffett closed too early during the week.
