Absolutely terrible 5 star hotel. Check in lines are always long and there is at least a 15 minute wait at most times to checkin or check out. I was on hold for 30 mins for someone to pick up the phone for in room dining. my room was nice but wont he going back.

Room needed maintenance. Bathroom faucet loose from counter, carpet near bed was soaking wet with some gooey soap/shampoo substance. Reserved 2 Premium King rooms--not available when we checked in. We were put in two other rooms, one double queen room and one King facing the fountains, which were loud.

The hotel doesn't have a coffee maker. My father is 82 years old. He needs hot water to take his medication. So, I called the room service, and they sent me hot water within one hour. The hotel room was clean, but the check-in line in the hotel lobby was about 1 hour long.
