no garbage disposal when your upper unit moves there chairs and don't pick them up at its almost like a scratching chalk board noise i had to make a complaint the second night and when i called the front desk, no one answered, i called for 10 minutes, i had to get dressed at 1 am walked 5 minutes to the front desk where 2 or 3 people were standing around because no one switched the phone over at the shift change what if there was a real emergency. i won't be staying here again. and the planes fly right over

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and the rooftop patio. Maintenance responded to and resolved my in-unit dryer issue in less than 15 minutes after contacting the front desk. The staff was nice and the bellhop, Keith, made our stay extra special by always greeting my boys and I with a warm smile and showing his genuine interest in our stay in Vegas. His follow-up showed that and knowing who I was no matter which four hair styles I had. I looked forward to seeing him every time I came in and missed him on his off days. Thank you Keith for everything and your interest in my son’s basketball tournament. I wish I could have told you that before I left. My only gripe is that the junior suite was smaller than what I imagined. It felt tight for the three of us and the belongings we needed for our week stay. And yes, I would stay with you all again. Thank you.

Newly updated and looks great, check out is 10am which I didn’t really like because it’s Vegas and you know.. you need extra sleep time but it was great in every other way!

Home away from home.

Noise, not a pleasant experience

One of our worst experiences. I chose this hotel because of its swimming pool and hot tub. It turned out it was closed while I have not received any information about it. We were told that the hotel was under renovation (back in February), but we didn't know that the noise was so bad. One morning, we overheard the next room's entire phone conversation - absolutely no sound proof or privacy. And we didn't sleep well. Worse, while we feedbacked our concerns to the (Hilton) staff, they only focus on signing us up for their timeshare or whatever promotions.
