Very convenient and cozy condo. Good bed and sofa. Nice balcony to have breakfast. No sound isolation at all. Our room was on 2nd floor. We can hear steps and talks from upstairs like it was in our condo.

It was quiet but I didn’t like that the people I believe in 116 were smoking marijuana on a property that is supposed to be smokeless. The smell was annoying, bothersome and gave me a headache.

They staff are very kind, they go above for their customers & do their best to assist in making sure that the stay is as comfortable & accommodating as one could hope for. I was relieved to experience this when checking in & each time we were in an encounter with each employee.

The room was very clean, but very dated. The caulking around the kitchenette sink was very sticky for one. The bath tub/shower had large cracks along the wall. We asked for a handicap room with a bar, and yes they provided the bar but the tub/shower was extremely hard for me to get into and our of. The sliding bar for the doors was also about 1 inch high which added to the difficulty of getting in and out. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything from the other room. The other guest would get up about 0630 and turn on the tv and not turn it off until about midnight or sometimes later. Very difficult to sleep. The room/property considered itself to be a resort, and it really isn't. The pool was not in working order, and there was only a small area to sit outside and relax. I do have to hand it to the property however, it was very clean in the room and convenient to have all utensils and dinnerware to eat in the room. Location was convenient to the strip which is only about 5 minutes away. This is a great property if you're just going to use it for a place to sleep. All in all however, it worked as a place for us to sleep after a long day.

Normally this is the perfect place to stay but this time not so much. Pool was closed, 90 degree days and spring break. Shuttle service was unreliable and sone staff members were very rude.

It’s totally unusable “time share” units, with No service at all. Sewage backs up from toilet. Water standing in a bathtub, Dirty, Water in a fridge. Window is damaged. Nobody at the front desk, with the lobby almost always locked even during the daytime. Impossible to get help or repair after calling and calling to somebody, who is located at another property somewhere down the road. TV was not fixed it’s NOT A RESORT, and not a hotel , and it has to be closed until repaired and staffed!
