Fun spacious great entertain house at southwest

Fun Vacation home, 4 formal B R, 1 TV room w Sofa bed, one loft . Total 5 TV ,3 bathroom .located at Southwest area, close Walmart all shops. Great floor layout for entrainment and family gather. Good size kitchen connected with dinner/game area, my place located in a quiet community, great for families (Not suitable for pets and loud party!) BBQ stove available too. 6miles to Redrock,10miles to Strip,12miles to Airport.
prepare games for all friends and family engaging and having good time away home. However, maintain no loud noise, no crazy party, no shoes on 2nd floor carpet area policy apply to this house. Especially, I would greatly appreciate folks change sleeper or remove shoes even use shoes cover to minimize dirty the carpet and keep everything stay clean.
