The staff were friendly and amenities were very clean! We had our own kitchen facilities, everything was clean! The overall experience was great! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family who would go over and visit! I WILL definitely stay here again! Was very central on the strip! Was quiet and felt safe! Just a nice place! Little dated but still very nice and clean and quiet and friendly and in a perfect position on the strip!

Never book this place. They are third party not the actual resort. They work only during week days and they wont respond your phone calls or emails. You possibly will loose your communication with them. I do not recommend them to you at all. Go a gead and book using an actual resort or hotel agent.

Room was great, location is unbeatable-centre of the strip. Free parking was a great inclusion, unfortunately it took us over 30 minutes to find a spot in the zone that's supposed to be reserved for jockey club guests

Totally 1970's furnishings, well worn but clean. A 2 star level condo. We used it for 2 guys sharing a trip to Formula 1, the tiny bathroom is inside the main bedroom so the guy on the old school fold out horrible sofabed had to go through the primary bedroom to get to the bathroom. But great location right on the strip and a view of Bellagio fountains, though it was in the rear most building.

Yes, the hotel is old but. There is a kitchen you can cook breakfast, eat all the dishes. We stayed here for five nights, and overall it was a disappointing experience. Since we were traveling with our young child, having a kitchen was important to us, and in that regard the hotel was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction stove, and even new dishwasher detergent and sponges. That part was truly convenient. However, the hotel itself is very old, and it is definitely not an example of an “old but well-maintained” property. The overall cleanliness was lacking, and the carpet was extremely dirty. Housekeeping was also not provided daily, even during our 5-night stay. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and the person who was going to give us the room told us that we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes because the room was ready. The check in is 4:00pm

We were given a unit in the derby tower which is very dated and in need of remodeling. The carpeting was torn in a few places, the bed sheet didn’t fit the bed, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the door to the bathroom didn’t close properly. The view was of a wall and we received a flyer that there would be noise from the remodeling on the upper floors. We like the front tower and would have preferred to stay in it. Wish we were informed of all of this when I made the reservation but you use customer service outside of the USA so I guess this is standard practice?
