The room was clean and room service were quick to resupply towels. Location wise, this property is a little far north on the strip so if you don’t mind walking it’s fine. The food court has some good food options and I liked the self help touch screen for ordering. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful property - food, drinks are a little pricey! But overall great experience and Spehere is a fantastic concert venue! Keep for cell phones in sight! Cell phone theft is big business in Vegas.

Great property and staff were helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed, great for the money in my opinion. My only critique would be that a little more attention be payed to the cleaning of the rooms. I found hairs and some random smudges and mystery splashes in various places. A little more attention to cleaning details would have received a well-earned 5 stars.

communication is important

we were "upgraded" without letting me know. i specifically booked Hilton. front desk staff booked us in Conrad. i was upset that they changed our reservation without consulting me. and the manager talked to me about "refusing a free upgrade" with condescending air. from my perspective, i felt we were accommodated to a less wanted rooms to make room for the most booked facility. i dont care if these 3 hotels have one owner. i dont care how they meant by "upgrade" THEY NEED TO COMMUNICATE

We miss the elephant statues. Juniors restaurant is a good change from the buffet. Thomas is a spectacular waiter and should be training others for high quality service. Keep up the good work.
