We were misled at the time of check in and told resort fees would be waived—only to find out at check-out that this only applies to direct bookings, not third-party reservations. They advertise waiving fees all over the internet for all guests without providing a disclaimer that it only applies to booking with them directly. On top of that, the front desk provided us with a list of locations where we could use our resort credits via QR code which I took a picture of as advised by the front desk rep. The night before checkout, we called to confirm our charges, only to be told by a customer relations rep, who was dismissive and unhelpful, that the information we were given was incorrect and the credits didn’t apply to those places. After pressing the issue and letting her know we had a screenshot of the list from the front desk, she reluctantly offered to “do us a favor,” instead of acknowledging the mistake or taking accountability. This kind of interaction reflects a serious gap in customer service and communication. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the resort’s unprofessional service, and remote location make it a place we won’t be returning to. Disappointing experience overall. They really need to do better.

Best stay in Vegas we have had.

There was a 50 dollar credit for us to use in the resort daily which really helped save money and get us to try the restaurants within the resorts world. The hotel was really nice and we had a great time. Looking forward to comming back soon. Thank you.

I love this property! It was so great! Everyone is very nice, helpful. The layout was easy to figure out. They have everything to offer! We would definitely recommend here to anyone and come and stay again! We also loved that it was not so over the top but just enough to have it on thw strip. Really wonderful resort!

Property is nice There was a problem with the key coders so no keys for rooms upon check in. They started to deal with it well - escorting people to the rooms and letting them in and saying they’d get a text when the keys were working. That’s when it fell apart. No text - ever - gave up on room and went to dinner and casino - came back to front desk ( where they said you could skip the line just to get you key) and a very rude manager was telling everyone they had to go to the back of the line. So another 45 minute wait in line at 11pm just to get the key that I waited an hour in the line at 4pm.

Great hotel! Easy check in online! They had our room ready for us and they accommodated our arrival time which was before check in time. Easy check out online as well! Very clean! Great amenities.
