The Hilton room I stayed in was extremely unclean and very disgusting. The carpet had a terrible smell, and there was a cream-colored substance all over the drapes. The shower was only partially cleaned. The hotel phone line was busy. When I finally got connected with an operator, I was told to go downstairs first thing in the morning. The lines to speak to someone for check-in or assistance were long, often requiring an hour or more to wait. I chose this property because I thought it was newer and would have few or no cleanliness issues. I would not recommend the Resorts World Hilton as a place to stay unless you're used to staying in filth.
