Rooms are good and property is buzzing in a good way. Booking with Expedia was cumbersome, both me and my buddy were locked out of our rooms the 2nd night. They could find my reservation but not my buddy's so took us 1.5hr to finally get it sorted with credit card proof that we paid. Never received the invoice in addition to Expedia and I still don't understand what they charged.

I had high expectations but I was disappointed. First of all at check in I had to charge almost a thousand dollars for resort fees and incidentals. Nothing has been refunded for incidentals in over a week. And we were there four nights but house keeping came once and did not empty all of the trash the one time they came. The room had two large towels and one wash cloth and one hand towel. We requested a second hand towel and wash cloth and were told we needed to return the ONE we had first. I feel like two adults should have two of each towel. And I know it is Vegas but the yelling and banging nightly was not relaxing. I do not recommend this Hilton.

The showerhead in the bathroom exhibited significant calcification and mold growth. The remainder of the room appeared clean, however, the bathroom was not. Furthermore, the provided upgrade to a handicapped-accessible room was unrequested and, given the bathroom's condition, did not constitute an improvement.

Poor customer service at the front desk

Sleeping experience was a nightmare, strobe lights in the room at night off of the smoke detectors, which the hotel is aware of complaints already for this they were unwilling to do anything about it not even Sleep ended up, leaving in the middle of the night
