Everything was great, my only complaint is that the food options in this hotel are not that good. Also be careful with the hotel credit you get per day, apparently you cant use it in some places. In my opinion it's kinda shady because they never told me I cant use it in certain places but it is what it is.

We didnt get to stay at the Hilton at resorts world we were put in the Conrad and not given an option. I was told it was an upgrade but i objected we love the Hilton and did not in any way love the Conrad. Most disappointing was we didnt even get to visit the Hilton pool. We got the Conrads pool. No explanation not even told we had to use our resort credit the night we checked in. So ya not happy with this stay. BUT if you go to Hilton at Resorts World its awesome one of our favorites. I would definitely double check the reservation and object to them moving you to the Conrad.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your property. We arrived to check in at 11:45 PM, well past the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM. After waiting in line for approximately 30 minutes, our check-in process took even longer than the guests ahead of us. The delay was due to the fact that the king-size room we had reserved was not ready. We were informed that the room type we booked was no longer available, and we were instead given a room with two beds. No explanation or compensation was offered for this inconvenience. Exhausted from traveling, we reluctantly accepted the change. Upon entering the room, we found that the mini-fridge was entirely stocked with paid beverages, leaving no usable space. The only empty compartment in the fridge was broken and could not be used at all. This is particularly concerning for guests with children, who may need to store milk or baby formula. The lack of consideration for guests’ needs in favor of maximizing revenue is unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts you to review your operational procedures to ensure future guests are treated with the level of professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality that your brand should represent.

The property is clean and in good condition. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The juniors restaurant was very disappointing, the food was terrible, burnt and greasy, it looked like the breakfast potatoes had been recooked. I would give the restaurant zero stars. I would return to the property but would not eat at the restaurant again.

Great stay at Resorts World! Loved the food options — the food court and Stubborn Seed were fantastic. Room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Main pool was just okay, but we didn’t try the member/reservation pools. Location on the north Strip was fine, but not much walkable to the north. Would definitely stay here again!
